This Rain Forest Alliance coffee is the perfect base for the home roaster to build there own unique blend. Full bodied chocolate and caramel notes fill the middle of the pallet. This coffee will still hold up well as a single origin and binds beautifully with milk. Grown between 800-1200masl in the Cerrado Designation.
