The Inzá municipality is located in the south of the Central mountain range in its eastern face. In conjunction with the Paez municipality, it forms an area known as Tierradentro that’s still inhabited by the Paeces indigenous tribe. Deep volcanic ash soil, high altitude, good sunshine and rainfall provide great coffee growing conditions.

This coffee is an excellent base for creating custom blends, chocolate driven notes bring masses of body and cream to a milk based coffees.

Colombian Excelso

This Colombian bean roasts so well. I do a Full City roast and then I let it rest for 3 days and do a flat white with coconut milk and the taste of berries and chocolate come through and then I'm in Heaven. 10/10.
