A delicious blend that brings out the best of the three selected origins.  From Papua New Guinea comes a lovely fruitiness; Brazil delivers sweetness along with chocolate and nutty notes. These two coffees combine with the strength and cocoa notes from a Ugandan coffee to deliver strength, flavour and intensity. As an espresso, its smooth and rich. In milk based drinks the blend punches through perfectly, losing none of their wonderful flavours.

My favourite blend

After trying a different green bean from a different supplier I’ve returned to my favourite blend. I actually threw out the other bean after roasting the first batch!

Hawkesbury Blend is a reliable green bean. It was has a great taste and smell and perfect for a flat white or a cold brew in summer!
